Don't Give Up
If you didn't notify your employer, don't give up on your Workers' Compensation claim. Many people are initially turned down by their company's Work Comp insurance company because they did not tell their employer about the accident or injury right away. However, there are many reasons why your claim may still be paid. For example, if your boss was standing right there when you were injured, the fact that you did not notify him or her may not matter.
